	Vulcan is a Marshal Templar, created for Soul and Sword. Although
this specific piece doesn't show it, he's actually a pretty nice guy. 

	His look is always changing with only some constants, mostly in the 
face.  Oddly enough, I already have a 'cleaner' design for the character made 
up; hopefully it'll find it's way to the site soon enough.
